Oenology: Cold maceration treatment for a 6 hour period. Selection of the free flow must (up to 0.2 bar). Vinification with static settling, at a low temperature during the entire duration of fermentationb (10 degrees Celdius). Maturation on fine lees for 2 months.
Personality: Fairy yellow color. Complex bouquet rich with aromas of fresh fruits and vanilla. Well balanced with fruity after taste.
