The team around chief oenologist Sofokles Panagiotou implements an Integrated Viticulture system according to AGRO 2.1 and AGRO 2.2, certified by the Greek AGROCERT organisation.

Apart from this, the Meditera Winery. is one of the few wineries in Greece that have been certified for the following quality systems by TÜV Austria:

-          EUREPGAP II for the production of wine grapes,

-          the Total Quality Management standard EN ISO 9001:2000 and

-          HACCP standard EN ISO 22000:2005.
