Protected Geographical Indication Crete
Grape Variety: Vilana
Region: Sloping vineyards from semi–mountainous areas of Heraklion, Crete.
Terroir: Vineyards located in areas of low humidity and mild winds during summer help the smooth maturation of the grapes.
Oenology: Cold-maceration at 10°C for 3-4 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15o-18°C.
Personality: Shiny yellow-greenish colour, intense fruity nose, (banana, pineapple, pear and melon) and floral notes. On the palate, rich taste with elegant acidity and long aromatic finish.
