Grape varieties: Vilana, Thrapsathiri
Region: Heraklion, Crete
Terroir: Hillside vineyards at an altitude of 350 meters at the most, with cool winds and ample sunshine throughout the day.
Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties with the addition of selected yeasts strains in stainless steel tanks at 15-18ο C.
Personality: Shiny gold-green colour. Aromas of citrus fruits. Fruity and refreshing taste.
