Terroir: Altitude of 350-400 meters, inclining vineyards, argillo-calcareous soil with good drainage, royat pruning, yields of 52-65hl/ha.
Oenology: Typical rosé winemaking at low temperatures. Extraction for 12-13 hours.
Name: New Gaia means New Earth/Land. A promise for an exciting journey to a new land of memorable flavours.
Personality: Bright rose colour with violet highlights, aromas of red fruits, sour cherry and strawberry in particular. Soft, fruity taste with pleasant acidity.
