Grape Variety: Kotsifali
Region: Wider area of Archanes and Peza, Heraklion.
Terroir: Altitude of 350-400 meters, argillo-calcareous soil, royat pruning, vines aged 8-15 years, cultivated with traditional methods. Mild winters and cool summers.
Oenology: Traditional red vinification. Maceration period of 7-8 days in low temperatures at 18°-20°C, followed by tank maturation for 2-3 months.
Personality: Brilliant ruby colour. Fresh aromas of red fruits. Full, well-structured taste.
