Grape Varieties: Vilana, Thrapsathiri.
Region: Heraklion, Crete.
Terroir: Hillside vineyards at an altitude of 400 meters. Mild winds and sunshine during the day.
Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties at controlled temperatures of 15º-18ºC, with the addition of selected yeasts. After completion of the fermentation, the wine is blended, stabilized and clarified and the sugar level is set at 35gr/lt.
Personality: Vivid gold-green colour, aromas of citrus fruits and pleasant, well balanced medium-sweet taste.
