Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Region: Wider area of Peza.
Terroir: Altitude of approximately 400 meters. Argillo-calcareous soil, yields of 52-60hl/ha. Northern winds that blow during summer, cool the environment, keeping the vines fresh during intense summer sunshine.
Oenology: Cold maceration treatment for 6 hours. Selection of the free flow must. Static settling and fermentation at controlled low temperatures (14 and up to 18°C). Maturation on fine lees for 2 months.
Personality: Bright yellow colour. Complex bouquet, rich with aromas of fresh fruits. Well-balanced with fruity aftertaste.
