Terroir: Hillside vineyards of up to 400metres altitude, with cool winds and ample sunshine throughout the day.
Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties at controlled temperatures of 16-20ο C. Skin contact for 12 hours at 15 οC.
Personality: Refreshing wine with aromas of fresh red fruits. Well-structured with balanced taste.
