Protected Geographical Indication Heraklion
Grape Varieties: Vidiano, Moschato Spinas
Region: Alagni and Kalyvia, Heraklion.
Terroir: Altitude of 250-400 meters, argillo-calcareous soil, royat pruning, low yield vines of 6-10 years of age.
Oenology: 4-6 hours pre-fermented cold maceration, static removal of sediment. Inoculation with selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks in temperatures between 15°-18°C.
Personality: Pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. Aroma of floral notes and rich, pure aromatic aftertaste. Fruity and refreshing.
