Region: Archanes & Peza.
Terroir: Altitude of 350-400 meters, hillside vineyards, argillo-calcareous soil with good drainage, royat pruning, yields of 52-65hl/ha. The vineyards over 15 years old that give rich and full bodied wines.
Oenology: Typical red winemaking - separate for each variety. The temperature gradually increases from 18 to 23°C. Maturation in steel tanks for at least 2 months.
Name: New Gaia means New Earth/Land. A promise for an exciting journey to a new land of memorable flavours.
Personality: Brilliant purple colour. The nose is dominated by red fruits (wild cherry, sour cherry and gooseberry). Soft, rich and balanced on the palate with fruity aftertaste.
