Protected Geographical Indication Crete
Grape Varieties: Kotsifali, Mandilari
Region: Sloping vineyards from semi–mountainous areas of Heraklion, Crete.
Terroir: Vineyards located in areas of low humidity and mild winds during summer help the smooth maturation of the grapes.
Oenology: Skin contact of the two varieties at controlled temperatures for 11 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation with the addition of selected yeasts at 16o-19oC.
Personality: Bright rosy colour. Delicate aromas of red fruits and rose petals, with a pleasant, refreshing taste and fruity finish.
