Grape Varieties: Kotsifali, Mandilari.
Region: Heraklion, Crete.
Terroir: Hillside vineyards of up to 400metres altitude, with cool winds and ample sunshine throughout the day.
Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties at controlled temperatures of 18-22ο C. Skin contact for 5–6 days.
Personality: Refreshing wine with aromas of red fruits, full and well balanced taste.
