Grape Varieties: Kotsifali, Mandilari.
Region: Heraklion, Crete.
Terroir: Hillside vineyards of altitude up to 400 meters with mild winds.
Oenology: Separate vinification of the two grape varieties at controlled temperatures of 18º-22ºC. Skin contact for 5–6 days with gradual increase of the temperature. After completion of the fermentation, the wine is blended, stabilized and clarified and the sugar level is set at 38gr/lt.
Personality: A fresh wine with aromas of red fruits, pleasant and well-balanced medium-sweet taste.
Available in 375ml, 750ml bottles as well as a 2L bag-in-a-box.
